My Story

My journey has been fueled by an unyielding passion for unraveling the mysteries of human health and potential. Growing up in a very active and health-conscious family, the importance of being healthy was ingrained at an early age and was further developed by playing for high-performance programs in Canada and the US.  I wanted to know how to gain an edge over everyone else, so my nights and weekends were filled with educating myself of how to be bigger, faster, stronger, and smarter than my opponents.

My formal training began at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where I pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Science on a basketball scholarship. Those formative years weren't just about the sport; they ignited my fascination with the intricate science behind human performance. Through rigorous research and exploration, I unearthed the potential of non-invasive technologies to peer into the heart's complexities, a voyage that introduced me to the captivating realm of Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

As I ventured beyond my graduate training, my path diverged with intent. Guided by my insatiable quest for knowledge, I split my time between assisting high performers in optimizing
their well-being and aiding those grappling with chronic health conditions..

The unlikeliest of discoveries greeted me—HRV readings that transcended medical labels. Astonishingly,
individuals of utmost discipline and success mirrored patterns akin to those burdened with chronic ailments. This paradox set me on a profound quest: to redefine the very essence of "Health".

In my pursuit, I teamed up with visionaries Jason & Alyssa Moore of Elite HRVSpren, birthing the Foundations of Heart Rate Variability course. I also started my post-graduate studies at the Canadian School of Osteopathy to not only expand my practitioner "toolbox", but also to get a deeper understanding of human anatomy & physiology, applying this new skillset to my clients. What was once an impassioned endeavor transformed into a beacon for professional growth, opening vistas of possibilities.

Fuelled by a fervor to share this kind of access to maximizing personal health, I found myself immersed in the consulting arena. Collaborating with clinics, sports teams, corporations, and health systems, I helped integrate smartwatches and wearable technology to decode HRV data potent insights. The mission was clear: democratize health, imparting each individual with the tools to sculpt a longer, healthier, and more joyful existence.

My clinical focus shifted towards crafting holistic health blueprints, anchored by real-time biometric insights, including the enigmatic HRV. A vision crystallized—to empower individuals with the reins of their health journey, underscoring the profound influence of our choices on our healthspan and longevity.

On one hand, I became devoted to guiding high performers, individuals who had already achieved remarkable milestones but were seeking to elevate their health and well-being even further. I found myself assisting professionals who meticulously balanced their diets, pursued active lifestyles, and had thriving careers. Yet, beneath the surface, their HRV readings mirrored those of individuals grappling with chronic health concerns. This paradox propelled me to question the very essence of health and well-being. I was determined to uncover the deeper meaning of health, one that transcended conventional notions.

My journey has evolved into collaborating with health clinics, sports teams, corporations, and
insurance companies. We've harnessed the power of wearable technology to capture biometric data and create actionable insights. These insights, once confined to elite athletes, are now accessible to you empowering you to embrace your health journey armed with knowledge and agency.
